Andrea was super patient when explaining to me that my doctor had not submitted the proper paperwork to get my test done for my physical. She waited while I contacted my doctor and got the paperwork electronically submitted. Andrea was clear in her explanations, and extremely professional. I was frustrated with my doctor, but not with the Quest employee Andrea.
I’ve gotten lab work done at all the large providers. Quest is the slowest, least personal, and least efficient of them all. Don’t bother walking in unless you want to wait over an hour
The staff here are very nice and honest about potential wait times. My only concern is the tech it got had trouble drawing my blood which is not common. It all worked out, but was surprised by that.

However, in this and other Quest Diagnostics locations, Quest schedules patient appointments in 10-MINUTE INTERVALS. THIS IS INSUFFICIENT TIME FOR MANY APPOINTMENTS - PARTICULARLY WHERE EXTENSIVE LAB WORK IS REQUESTED. The website doesn’t allow to continue after you choose Quest site to visit to make an appointment. Also does not list full hours of Operation. I went 2 times in person to D st loacation wasn’t able to make an appointment there in person. So it has taken me one hour trying to make an appointment. So I will just walk in and bring a book to read.
