Techs are good. Check in process is terrible. The kiosk is really slow and buggy often a long time to check in. Took several minutes to check in.
Love the text msg to sign in. Saves time. Nai S who did my blood draw is exceptionally EXCELLENT! She uses a butterfly needle at my request each time I am there. Very smooth entry into my vein. Very courteous and professional.
