Friendly service, walk-ins accepted although strongly recommend appointment unless you are not in a hurry.
Online appointment sign up service, up to 2 week wait (but that's the new norm for our for-profit health "care") Unexpectedly efficient check-in kiosk system. Professional, but nice, skilled phlebotomist. Phlebotomist confirmed that all tests were covered by my insurance plan.
