Lalin was excellent! Easiest blood draw ever. She did a great job at distracting and was very understanding.
Lalin is great. She always goes above and beyond, even taking walk-ins when her schedule is already packed with appointments. Really appreciate her work!
The nurse and the experience was A+. However, Quest could't find the orders from my Doctor at my first appointment so I scheduled a second. The second time, I had the order with me that was sent to me by my Doctor. BEST IDEA: bring the order with you. Otherwise GREAT EXPERIENCE.
Easy check-in on an iPad, got in and out in 15min with a scheduled appt. Lalin was very kind and efficient!
There isn’t any way to get the attention of people in the back, they will ignore you even if they see you standing at the door. There needs to be a way to get someone to answer questions and offer assistance. The tech was great, and no issues.
