Lalin was amazing! I have very difficult veins to draw blood from and have walked away from countless previous blood draws with multiple failed pricks, huge bruising and a lot of pain. Lalin found my vein immediately and it was entirely painless! She’s so experienced. And on top of that she’s a real sweetheart and keeps a casual conversation going throughout the whole thing so I wasn’t nervous or thinking about the blood draw at all. I will always choose to get my blood drawn with her if I can!
Time was great. Phlebotomist was excellent. Painless too.
I have been here 6 times now and for each appointment I was seen on time, the process was quick and efficient, and the staff were kind. I highly recommend getting your tests done at this institution.
I signed up with the new company, Function Health, and have used Quest to do the bloodwork. I've been their three times and find their facility clean and efficient. My last visit (July 2025), I was so impressed with Lalin. She delivered great service to both myself other some families that needed extra care.
I arrived for a walk in 20 minutes before closing and was turned away. There was no one in the waiting room, the place was empty. She had one patient before me and kept saying they close at 4pm. It was 3:40. The website should adjust its timing for walk-ins. It was a really frustrating experience to leave work a bit early to get this blood test and then be turned away When the website says "walk-ins welcome".
