Excellent experience. Easy registration, appointment time was honored and Stephanie did an exceptional job of drawing my blood. I'm a very very 'difficult stick' even when I'm warm and well hydrated. Stephanie took the time to examine my arms and hands and used warmers to allow her to draw my blood on the first draw. Compare that to my last health insurance exam which was a 6 stick ordeal! I appreciate her professional and thourough approach and highly recommend.

Worst experience. Incompetent nurse with an attitude, could not take blood, said lack of water, yet she wouldn't help me with some water, then she refused to print the lab order or forward to my email so I could seek help somewhere else. It was meant to be Fasting yet she blamed it on me that I did not drink water.complete incompetence with an awful attitude.will never go there again.
