The ladies at the location inside the Safeway near Arundel Mills are wonderful. Very professional and very welcoming and kind.
I visited the Quest Lab at the Hanover location for my bloodwork, with an appointment scheduled for 7:40 AM. However, the team was so efficient that they accommodated me earlier than my appointment time. It was a really positive experience, and the customer service team was fantastic!
Very friendly staf. Early hours and the location are very convenient.
When you have an appointment, it will start on time. The only issue i have which wasnt a big deal is check in. If i complete the paperwork online before my appointment, i shouldn't have to scan my ID AGAIN when i check in. I get it that it may be to make sure the person is the same for the appointment and not someone who taking a test for another person. so its an inconvenience but it makes sense
