First of all, the elevator was not working. An older man told us so my husband had to walk and push me (I am in a wheelchair) from 2nd floor to the ground floor. I told the lab person at Quest and she said she didn’t deal with that. So then my husband parked me in front of the building and he walked uphill to 2nd floor to get the car and then picked me up. 2). When entering the lab it stated I needed an appointment or to sign up for one. My appointment was for 15 min., but was called back in 10 minutes.

Been waiting 2 hrs for them to take someone with a later appointment first and last time ill be coming to this location 🙄

I am hard to stick and quest is very good about finding a vein they can use. The reason I gave them a 4 is because I couldn't give a urine sample so I took the container home. The lady that gave me the container told me to just knock on the door and someone will take it. When I took it to them the lady that opened the door wanted me to get in lineI I told her no and just didn't get a sample.

I have used Request A Test and here is my advice :) Before you visit this location: (1)You must make an appointment!! (2) Right after you enter the building, you should find the lab hiding in a corner facing the elevator. Ground level. (3) There is a parking lot for patients behind the building. I don't know if we can use the main multi story garage. I don't think there is a chatge if you spend a few minutes!

Very Nice and professional. Busy location
