Was closed periodically during COVID. I guess it’s open again. Always had an easy time. Quick in and out for my blood work.
One of the pathologist is in a serious need for retirement. Really awful experience overall
It’s been “temporarily” closed for two weeks now. Someone should tell Quest because you can still make appointments for this location on the website and the system still sends you text messages all the way up to minutes before your appointment telling you to be ready to come to the lab.
Arrived for appointment and was told their fax machine wasn’t working so they hadn’t gotten doctors orders from days earlier. Was supposed to have printed out my own paperwork. With no notification from them! After I scrambled to get an email of paperwork they said they couldn’t use that either, with a “we don’t care” attitude. How do you just go days unable to do paperwork in a medical facility?
