Terrible service. My appointment was for 10:00 AM, and I arrived before 9:00 AM; I wasn't seen until 10:45 AM, and only after speaking with three staff members. Everyone else with 10:00 AM and 10:20 AM appointments had already been called in. The staff were aware of the situation but simply didn't want to call us until they felt like it—it seemed to annoy them that I was asking about it, even though I was exercising my right to do so.

Really impressed with this Quest Diagnostics location. The check-in process was smooth thanks to the self-service kiosks — no waiting in line to sign in. The waiting area is clean, modern, and comfortable, with a digital display showing real-time wait status so you actually know where you stand instead of guessing. Nice touch having a charging station built into the wall too, so you're not stuck with a dying phone while you wait. Overall a well-run, efficient facility. Would recommend.

I was very impressed with the service I received today. There was a problem with my referral and Keisha was so patient and professional in helping me and not just dismissing me. She kept me informed and I was so happy that she was the one to service me. She was excellent in getting my blood work on the first try without difficulty which is usually a problem for some. A+ for Keisha and Quest.

Picture this: You create a publicly facing business that's only open during the hours that your customers are working, except for Saturdays, when you open for half a day. On THAT day, you don't actually take the customers that walk into your establishment. Total incompetence.
