They say they take walk-ins, but they sure punish you when you do.
I showed up as a walk in at 8am and was told 30-60 minutes when I checked in. At 845 I was informed I would not be able to be a walk in. And would have to create an appointment. This is an absolutely unacceptable waste of my time. Do not allow me to check in as a walk-in and wait 45 minutes before telling me it was for nothing
I always go to this Quest office. I’ve always been treated very nicely by the staff there. They do a great job!
