I only had to wait 10-15 min before I was called. Very professional staff. And I really liked how you can check in by phone. And they have a TV that shows your first name and when you will be next in line
Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and only waited two or so minutes before being seen. Everyone is always very friendly at this location.
Our Lab technician was awesome, Francesca was awesome again. We were so fortunate to get her a second time one week apart. She was able to get blood from my mom on the first stick both times. My mom is hard to get blood from and she did an amazing job both times. If we have to go back (which we will) I would love to be able to(even if we had to wait) get her again as a preferred provider .
Service was on time, and even my veins are not the best they were able to get my blood.
Very easy to get an appointment. Check in on my phone 10 min before. I’m a very easy stick, I have large veins. The person who took my blood was expert, did it so fast, no pain. In and out, no bruising. A 10 experience.
