Grungy old building , long lineups even if you make an appointment. No one at front of the office, just an iPad. Quest seems to provide the minimum level of service… going to have to find another lab. Ick

I made an appointment online for 10am and checked in on my phone. I was called within 5 mins of waiting. The staff was nice. I was done within 10 mins. The lobby was full when I showed up so I definitely recommend making an appointment.
On 2/18/25 I would like to say they were backed up everyone was waiting longer than usual even with an appointment. I am giving a one star because the newer phlebotomists didnt bother double checking my insurance, they kicked me out saying my insurance coverage was terminated and I confirmed with my insurance it was in fact still active. I came back and they wanted me to wait qs a walk in when I already had my appointment they just didnt check my insurance correctly.
Office is clean and staff are friendly and efficient.
