Just glad I didn't have to reschedule because the doctor's office didn' t send the order like they said they did.
I was at Quest as a walk in as the website said nobody in line. I checked in and monitor said it itcould be a 60 min wait. I waited, the wait room was empty, after 5 min I was seen, when I got inside there were no patients, just me. Seems like your monitor should be more accurate. I think Quest is a first class organization throughout, this is the only time I could see fault in their operation, I almost left when I saw the wait time
Wait time was minimum, but I did have an appt. They always have trouble with getting a good vein on the inside elbow, I expressed this to the girl and she looked but agreed and tried the back of my hand. She wasn't able to get a good vein so she called in someone who was a little more experienced and was able to get a vein on the back of my wrist. My point is, she didn't poke and poke, she listened to me and knew her limitations and called in someone else. I respect that. They both were very nice and got the job done with no... read more
