I had the best experience no long delays
Quest's draconian appointment policy bugs me. That said, an extra point for the phlebotomist at my last visit who put up with me fumbling around with my bag and wrapped me extra when I pointed out that I was there for an INR and take blood thinners. Honestly, the only time the staff bother me is when they're enforcing policy -- they do a decent job otherwise.
The staff are EXCELLENT at this particular location. Wouldnt go anywhere else. They are personal, professional, and detailed. Make SURE to make an appointment.
