An hour before my appointment, I received a text telling me to check in when I arrived. I arrived at 12:15 for a 12:20 appointment and clicked the link to check in. I received another text telling me to go inside and I would be called soon and that there was no need to check in again inside. Once I realized they were calling people with appointments after mine, I stopped someone calling a different patient and told them (since there is no way to speak with someone here). The staff surprised me with their professionalism I am a hard stick and the tech made easy and painless. I hope I get her again. God Bless her.
Giving it 2 stars because they're fast but one thing I didn't like was that the girl who drained my baby's blood was so rude, and she was telling me to stop trying to keep my baby calm because "if she cries the blood runs faster" I'm like excuse me, you have no touch with patients. I would definitely try to make the patient feel calm or in ease if I was her, it's about being human.
