The lab attendants are patient, respectful, accommodating, professional, swift, and make the experience pleasant. This level of excellence has been consistent throughout my three years of visits.
Juanita was great. I was 10 minutes late to my appointment because I could not figure out where the building was, but they still accepted my appointment. I had to get two test and was in and out within 15 minutes (including wait time). I could not figure out where the building and suite was because Google maps told me it was inside the Oak Bend Medical Center, but it is actually to the left facing Oak Bend Medical Center.
Junita is an exceptional nurse. She is very polite and very skillful. I am very afraid of needle since the day I can talk. But she made drawing blood from my arm feel like a little ant bite.
