Super nice phlebotomist today, as usual. And I like the very user-friendly test results on the Quest website.
El registro a la llegada fue muy rápido y nos atendieron casi de inmediato. El personal fue muy amable y paciente. Finalmente los resultados estuvieron disponibles en línea en 24 horas lo que permito tener información previa antes de la consulta con el médico tratante.
The lady took me in very quick even though I was a walk in. It was for my son. And Juanita was also very friendly and made my son more comfortable. They both were so nice and friendly
Horrible!!! Took my 3 year old here to get blood work. The insertion was painful enough to cause him to scream. (I know you all are thinking because he is a toddler, it is expected. No, I took him to another quest in sugarland for bw for his check up & he had no problem. Didn’t scream or move). That phlebotomist was amazing. This place calls me 2-3 hours after leaving to inform me that my sons sample hemolyzed & he will need to come back!
