They say walk-ins welcome online but in-person they will turn you away without an appointment… Yikes…
Incompetence, and frustration is what defines this location. No front desk at all. After checking in for a drug test, I sat for over 30 minutes waiting. A lady walks out and announces that they only will accept appointments, no walk-ins today. They then offer another location about a 15 minute drive away! Really? Keep in mind, I had to pee, and I was already waiting for 30 minutes! These people are absolutely Incompetent and the location is like sitting in a prison waiting room. Good stick, quick in and out
Very easy, very fast, and very efficient staff. Checked on the kiosk a few minutes early. I was called in exactly at my appointment time. The technician was extremely polite and friendly. Took about 2 minutes for the entire procedure and was zero pain. Definitely recommend!
