The first time I went, it was with the lady in the first room on the left. She was very rude, and my test results came out wrong because they charged me, and the lady was angry. They should be more disciplined — people come for medical reasons, not to argue with someone who’s upset.
The women that was to draw my blood was super rude. The va didn't send the order and she treated me like shit because of it. What the heck. This wasn't my fault. I will never come here to be humiliated again by anyone Horrible pt care
