The Tech was skilful and painless.
Personnel were extremely rude. The person who handled my specimen appeared to not to having a clue Not at all professional. A colleague came into the room discussing a personal issue while my technician was entering my information into the computer. Made me feel insignificant as she appeared to be clueless that a patient was in the room.
