Was at McCarren location and this ghetto, disrespectful phlebotomist was schooling people in the lobby how she just came back from lunch and that the walks in had to wait until the ones with appointments were served first, "cuz she been here by herself" Luckily I had an appointment, once I walk in the room I kindly put my hands together begging for a butterfly needle because of my excessive phobia it would be best. The phlebotomist, Daisy, was extremely skilled in her profession. I always go to that Quest location as it has early appointments available.

I took my wife there last week and unfortunately things did not go well on both sides. What is creepy is that person who was involved at Quest has been calling my phone number and hanging up. I tracked it down to another number which is how I did a reverse check and found out the real name of the Quest employee. It better stop or there will be charges for harassment.

The sign says that walk-ins are welcome. In reality you will constantly get pushed to the back of the line. You should only go here if you have a scheduled appointment. Don't plan on getting seen as a walk-in.
