Outstanding service and professionalism
Do not go in without an appointment. No guarantee that you will be seen. There is a line of people in the hallway..
Wish I could rate lower. If you have any questions there are no employees at the desk, to the point that they have the lights turned off to let you know no one will be back at the desk either. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they handed me a card and told me to leave. They never have walk-in openings, which is a bit of an issue since their scheduling system tries to schedule you for days when they are not even open. This is the worst lab center I've gone too. Ended up here because all the labcorp and quest locations in Sparks have closed. The Quest in Sparks used to get me in and out as a walk-in in 20 minutes even when short-staffed. Here I got in before 8 AM and was the 2nd person on the standby list. System warned me it might be an hour or more. OK, I realize I'm a walk-in and might have to wait.
