They are really understaffed. They are telling people they have missed appt when they are 20 minutes early. Reception desk not staffed. One kiosk which may or may not work.
My visit to Quest was excellent. I really hate these kind of places but the location on Elm St. is perfect. Right next to parking garage. The office was nice and clean but too small for the amount of people that were in the waiting room. I waited outside to be called. Text worked out great! Making an appointment was very easy and is my preferred option. My only feedback for scheduling is that I wish the app would remember my insurance and address information, it seems like every time I schedule an appointment the app reverts back to one of my previous addresses and doesn't remember my medical insurance info. Checking in for my appointment could be more consistent, sometimes the app's push check-in link works and when it does, I love not having to check into the kiosk.
