I came in as a walk-in. I’m there 40 mins before the next scheduled appointment. I’m the only person on stand by and when the next appointment didn’t show did the call me back. No I wait 30 more mins and the next appointment gets pulled. Terrible service. So I went to lab corp around the corner and was in and out in 30 mins. True professionals around the corner. Hospital bureaucracy at Quest. And by the reviews on google this place should close.
Terrible service, had a appointment and still made me wait 1 hour to see me for a simple draw blood
Waited an hr to have them tell me that weren't able to honor my appointment.
Staff takes forever. It took 20 mins to complete order entry and sample draw. Waiting room full of people waiting with appointments, 30-45 mins behind schedule. Also, why manually enter order and then scan the order after, makes absolutely no sense. Quest is very ineffective and inefficient.
