Mix up with the appointment time. Instead of trying to help, they were very very rude! Would be a great help to have people that can positively interact with customers.
Sat here for 45 minutes and everyone who came in after me was called back. Left without being seen. Never coming back here again.
Terrible experience. I was a walk in got there before they open. Waited for 3 hours and left without getting my blood work done. It was beyond ridiculous.
I received excellent care and excellent service.
There is a nature of passive aggressive neglect here for stand by/walk in patients. I showed up fifteen minutes before they opened. Once they opened I came in and put my name as first on the walk-in list. No appointments showed up for the first fifteen minutes and I was the only one in the waiting room yet no one called me back.
