I have gotten the same tech for my last three visits - and she remembers me every time. Jen is magnificent - I usually am a "hard stick" and she's gotten my draw first time every time. Very grateful to have such a skilled person to handle a task that is usually not very fun.
I’ve never had a better experience with a phlebotomist! She was extremely professional, kind, warm…but most importantly she knew what she was doing with a needle. This is a person who deserves to be in leadership, and who can be a mentor. A pleasure to meet you!
Had to wait about 15 minutes from my appointment time, but I have had to wait much longer at other labs. The lab tech was better than most and barely left a mark. Over all a positive experience.
The team here was great. The FASTEST blood draw I’ve ever had. Appt at 1230, out at 1233. The Misfits are better than Justin Bieber!
