Like many others who have reviewed, I wish there was an even lower rating. They can't get paperwork right, computers are always 'down', and even with an appointment you are left waiting over an hour past your appointment time commonly. If you can go elsewhere, do. Trust me your sanity will thank you. Especially if fasting. After 3 hours of waiting even with an appointment and watching multiple people go ahead of me. I left. Will not be back.

My arm is so bruised and ugly. No customer service. I was trying to be all uplifting because the lady wouldn't smile. Just made me so uncomfortable. Let alone bruised my arm so bad. So now I have to go to work with my arm looking like this. I wish I knew how to post a picture of my arm.
