I was a walk in and used the kiosk which told me as a walk in I would be waiting 60-90 minutes but I only had 45 minutes before work and decided to wait anyway and hardly sat down before they called me in. So if I hadn’t done that I would have never gotten the bloodwork I needed. And…. The waiting room was empty by the way.
Our phlebotomist was amazing! Somehow I inadvertently made one of my son's appointments in a different location but she said it wasn't a problem and took both my boys. She was thorough, sweet, and had a great bedside manner. Wish I got her name! She is GREAT!
