I have been a patient at Quest for quite some time. I feel that Quest offers a much better and more positive experience in all ways than when I used to go to LabCorp. The appointment scheduling with the days and hours offered is very convenient, the locations are convenient, and most importantly, the technicians are top notch. I feel that the technicians that Quest employs are very skilled, knowledgeable and usually very friendly. I cannot remember a time that I was not happy with a technician.
Malika (The lady in room 4) was so nice! I dont play well with needles sometimes, and she let my partner come in and hold my hand. The nicest visit I've had to a lab to get bloodwork done yet.
