The location really needs to be refurbished inside. It looks awful, drab, lifeless. The staff is excellent though.
This location has the absolute worst customer service. Their attitude, demeanor, patient relations is absolutely horrible. The older lady has a very nasty disposition as well as attitude. She hates her job and you can tell. The way that she talks to the patient is very, very nasty as well as rude. She either needs to be fired or re-trained. I will never come to this place again. Her professionalism is lackluster. She needs to be fired immediately
The young lady that drew my blood was really nice and she didn’t hurt me. We had small talk which was friendly and pleasant.
