I would suggest you having a receptionist to be accepting patients insurance and stop requesting a patient who has been to your facility previously to show their ID. You need better signage to direct clients throughout the confusing hallway to your Lab office. There is no room number on the current signage that are located at another hallway. You need more than one sign that directs a client to your office because the building's layout has several hallway paths unmarked.

My wife and I both generally make our appointments back-to-back. We find online appointments easy to make. The check in procedure with the kiosk is also quick and easy. We especially like the communication through e-mail and text. The phlebotomists are skilled and professional. We have seen Oksana for years and she always has a smile when she greets us. We like the service Quest provides and look forward to using you for years to come. Thank you.

Since I had filled out everything the night before and had an appointment I didn't realize I had to sign in again when I got there and someone who didn't have an appointment was taken before me. However I have to say I was taken quickly after.
