This is the worst service I've ever had. The first time I went there, they sent my test results to the wrong doctor or practice. This time, when my turn arrived, they called me and then told me to wait and took other patients without telling me anything. I had to leave because I had to be at work. I will NEVER go back to that place.
Arrived on time, waited in line to use the Kiosk. By the time others were finished I was told my appointment was cancelled due to being 10 minutes past. Unacceptable. No internet in waiting room, so all documents must be sent ahead of time. However, that email is not available because of a lack of phone to call and no one attending the desk. Also unacceptable.
Oxana was great to deal with and as usual one stick and done. The check in by text was an easy one, in and out quickly!
The two staff with blonde hair just wanted to go home before 3 pm，so they rejected my appointment by stating I didn't bring the printed paper based order. Or they do need some training on how to fetch the order from their system.
Aksana my tech was professional and courteous- she drew my blood with no pain quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this Quest location
