I arrived on time, waited in line to use the Kiosk. By the time others were finished I was told my appointment was cancelled due to being 10 minutes past. Unacceptable. There is also no internet in the waiting room, so all documents must be sent ahead of time. However, that email is not available because of a lack of phone to call and no desk to ask. This is the worst service I've ever had. The first time I went there, they sent my test results to the wrong doctor or practice. This time, when my turn arrived, they called me and then told me to wait and took other patients without telling me anything. I had to leave because I had to be at work. I will NEVER go back to that place.
