If you’re going to move make it known you’re moving. Then to not let people get their scheduled bloodwork done because they could not find the new location is ridiculous as they are 11min late. Seriously 😐. Great job- even though the waiting room is empty. Not a great way to be patient centered

I was not able to sign in ok .someone helped me and was great with blood draw .other lady was rude and loud

I looked online and it said for assistance to call. I tried calling several of the locations to ask a question. After you go through all of the voice prompts, the only option you have, is to dial "0" to listen to the prompts again. I never reached anyone. I stopped in one location, there were signs that said "walk in appointments available". The waiting room was empty. It as 8:50 am. Don’t go to this place in Apple Valley, they don’t want you sitting on chairs in the waiting room. They want you to make an appointment online they don’t want you going to make it as a walk-in or using their kiosk. It’s like you gotta call only or make the appointment online using your mobile device, they give only two options
