I came in and it was very smooth. Florence took my blood this month and she was so gentle and kind. She made me feel comfortable despite me having a fear of needles. More people like her are needed in this world. To be fair, all the staff here have been great and very patient with everyone!
I was there for my wife's Glucose tolerance test. I didnt waited long.Make sure to have an appointment first to make things easy.Ms.Khim was very helpful and compassionate toward my wife.She made sure that my wife was comfortable and well informed about the test and even comforted her for the positive result. Ms. Khim is the kind of person we all want to deal with , who really loves her job & and does it responsibly. Thanx for ur service .
Overall experience was excellent- staff member greeted us upon entry and assisted us signing in for our appointment which I think is a nice. We waited about 10 -15 minutes to be seen which is not bad at all unlike other labs we've been to. The phlebotomist was skilled , friendly and make sure my daughter which is the patient doesn't get scared during the process.
