I ordered a blood test on Quest's website and scheduled the appointment for Saturday at 3:40p.m., got off the LIRR in flushing at around 2:55, by 3:14 I was all done. I got there, sign in and was called immediately(only about one other person was in the waiting room), blood draw took about a few minutes, quick. Didn't have to wait till 3:40, thank you Quest!
I understand that facilities may require referrals before providing services. However, the way I was treated today was unacceptable. I came with my child simply to inquire about a consultation. I clearly explained that if needed, my doctor would provide a referral afterward. The man at the entrance immediately refused entry and repeatedly stated that I could not go inside without a referral. His tone was unnecessarily harsh and dismissive. Very easy, quick and pleasant. I went to a woman named Khin at quest diagnostics in Flushing and she was great. Very good and friendly!
Impressed in every respect be it Patient Service, cleanliness, orderliness, receptionist helping out with a big smile etc.
I had a great experience with Yee. She is extremely skilled and made the blood draw quick and almost painless, which I really appreciate. On top of that, she is very warm, patient, and friendly. She is also very responsible and attentive, making sure everything is done carefully and correctly. It’s not always easy to find someone who is both highly professional and genuinely caring, but Yee truly stands out. Thank you for the excellent care!
