Cannot gate keep this spot anymore! The BEST phlebotomists here - they are gentle and quick and I’m in and out in one shot. No more poking around they have the skill to hit your vein the first time!
The tech who took my blood is very good. She hit my vein immediately after she poked me. I am highly impressed since it is very difficult for some to locate my veins. She is very gentle. I felt no pain. Very empathetic. She told me that my insurance may not cover one of the test and to call my doc if quest send me a bill so they can resubmit an icd code and resubmit to see if insurance will cover.
I ordered a blood test on Quest's website and scheduled the appointment for Saturday at 3:40p.m., got off the LIRR in flushing at around 2:55, by 3:14 I was all done and ready to leave Quest. It was a fast process, I got there, sign in and was called immediately(only about one other person was in the waiting room), blood draw took about a few minutes, quick.
