I had an awesome experience at Quest diagnostics. It was easy from the time I checked in till the time I left. The people where diligent with their work.
This is my first time at this location. I made an appointment today for 3pm. I arrived right on time and checked in at the kiosk. I saw my name on the screen as first based on appointment time though many were there prior to me. Around 3:35pm a phlebotomist came out and called a name. Didn't sound anything like my name, I asked her to repeat it still didnt sound like my name. About 2 mins later, I get a text saying to come in and wait I will be called shortly.
