Not too sure about the sterilization of the blood draw equipment. The pile of straight needles were exposed instead of packaged when I was there.

I want to leave a review for Lisa at Quest. She is incredibly kind and patient. Her blood draw skills are amazing—my daughter said she didn’t feel any pain at all! Both of my daughters have had their blood drawn by Lisa. The first time Amber was a bit nervous and even cried, but afterward, she said it was ‘crying for nothing because it truly didn’t hurt at all. Thank you, Lisa!
They definitely have improved on their service. Highly recommend reserving a spot on line for an appointment. There seems to be a lot of walk ins and everyone is upset with the wait due to not reserving an appointment prior to arrival. My phlebotomist was Lisa, wonderful person and gentle hands.
