terrible service! I try to make an appointment a million times at any time, it doesn't work! trying to call them, unavailable!
Incredibly bad service. There is no one in the location to answer the calls. They did not draw the labs that were ordered. They enter the lab orders manually as if it is a century ago. There was very nice young lady sitting in the front but she was not the best in drawing blood and poked me 4 times but ut that's fine. She was very friendly and nice. The other nurse who actually draw blood was good doing so but not as friendly. Bottom line just the fact a lab result is missing and no lable printed makes this place awful. DO N... read more
I don’t know why the ratings on this place are so low. They’re in the only facility in NY that can comfortable draw blood with no issues and the people that work there are so friendly. Highly recommend Quest.
Absolute joke if a facility. Had to take a preemployment drug screening, two days later my perspective employer called me and said Quest called and said they lost the sample and I had to take it again. On my second trip I asked them to please not lose my sample, the person behind the desk said full quote: "we take no responsibility for samples once they leave this building, once it's on the truck it changes hand 10 times" I then asked about their chain of custody policy, she nervously laughed and repeated the same line. they ask you for prior appointments even when the place is empty. The staff is rude
