Horrible. Can't make an appointment because their robot doesn't understand anything on the phone. Try hiring a human being to talk to!

Terrible service. I got here at 2:45 (they close at 4pm) checked in by 3pm and sat and waited until just now (3:45) and they tell me theres only 1 person and I cant do bloodwork (for a surgery in 3 days so its vital to have it done today) instead of letting me know sooner. Never come back to Quest in Prospect !
We made an appointment online and this was the only location whose system worked. Parking was kind of scarce in the front lot but there’s more parking in the other side. We arrived at our appointment time of 10:30. The check in kiosk gives you the option of waiting in the waiting room or outside. The screens were giving everyone a hard time.
