quick and painless
Ladys were crazy rude
Absolutely horrible customer service. Automated kiosk check in. There was ONE person working at this office. ONE. And she was barely seeing ONE PATIENT at a time. I wasted over an hour of my day only to be told that they weren't going to be able to see me .....with over 40 minutes left until they actually were scheduled to close. Employers: DO NOT USE QUEST for your employee drug screening tests. It sends the message to perspective employees that you do not value their time. Use literally ANYBODY else.
Imelda went above and beyond for me. She definitely didn't have to either. She was busy too. But I looked lost I suppose and she assisted me making an appointment and answer my plethora of questions. She is 5 Stars. I gave blood today at 7:40am and she was awesome again. Very professional too. She always explains things so I understand because I'm kinda scared of Dr's. 😉
