The Customer Service is on the Floor. If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I went to the office for a Drug Screening without an appointment, I then joined the walk in waiting list and I was the only person on the waiting list. I got at the office at 9 am and by 10:40 I ask an employee why I haven’t been called. She then proceeded to tell me that I needed to have an appointment instead of the walk in appointment because I was going to get bumped up in the waiting list and I could be waiting for hours instead. If you don’t care about common courtesy and kindness but being fast this place is great for it. One of the technicians gave a young lady the biggest attitude while she couldn’t pronounce the name that well, I don’t think it was acceptable at all. And don’t go in as a walk-in unless u waiting on luck!
Great service, great location and Christine was great. Awesome conversation and attitude. She’s obviously a huge asset to Quest. Hang on to her.
