My appointment was at 7:30 didn’t get seen until 9 am. That’s ridiculous. Front desk girl is super rude
I am a Doctor and my last visit to Quest/Princeton was the best I have had in many years. In particular, KAREN, the Phlebotomist that assisted me, is fantastic. She is not only a REAL PRO but completely tuned into her patient and his/her needs. Her technical skills are unequaled; I only wish that she had worked for me when I was in Practice - it would have been an honor.

Wow, the staff are utterly rude and unburdened by compassion. An embarrassment to healthcare workers. You will not want to sit in the waiting room with the TV on max volume.
Unprofessional staff didn’t draw enough tubes of blood( only drew 2 tubes, but requires 4 tubes) for the test. Also didn’t send the tubes to lab on time obviously because we were notified after 5 days that the test can not be performed. But the blood tubes are required to arrive at lab after 14 hours of blood drawing. Wasted our time and blood. Have to get the blood test done again at Labcorp. Very unpleasant experience, will never go back again!
