Conveniently located, easy off street parking, less than 10 minute wait time and a really nice phlebotomist. Highly recommend
I was a little worried about going to this location but that went away quickly. It was a pretty busy day at this location but the phlebotomists were very punctual and organized. Karen assisted me from checking in to drawing blood and collecting my urine. It was so seamless. She was so calm and clearly knows exactly what she’s doing, I was in no pain bor uncomfortable . I read a comment referring to “the black woman“ and that review has to obviously come from someone disgruntled because that was not my experience.
Fairly clear that the employees are not treated well and it reflects in their attitude toward their job and their treatment of others. Waiting room is cold and uninviting. One lonely kiosk in the corner to accommodate incoming patients, no human presence. TV blaring. Nurses call out names as if we were so many cattle. On day that I was in they were out of butterfly needles and did not consider that unusual.
