Super friendly staff with the best phlebotomist, jasmine. My veins are wrecked from chemotherapy and she always gets me on the first poke. She’s really professional and always remembers what we talked about the last time I saw her. Health care needs more Jasmines!
The Poughkeepsie service center was great, but unfortunately my blood hemolyzed. I was instructed to have blood redrawn and that I would be able to walk in without a wait. The Main Street location in Danbury CT was unhelpful and the employee was quite rude. I then went to the Germantown location in Danbury and they were able to accommodate me after a 30 minute wait. There has to be a better process for when something like this happens. Even more frustrating is that you cannot speak with anyone in these circumstances. I work ... read more
