The tech didn’t give up on my autistic son. Most healthcare professionals would tell us to come back if my son was agitated.. She drew his blood, even after him putting up a fight at first.. Thank you for your patience!!

I arrived at the South Road Poughkeepsie without an appointment due to a last-minute change at the prescribing Doctor. Nevertheless, I was taken in after just a brief wait. My prescription for the tests was incomplete, missing am important part of the order. Despite squeezing me in the phlebotomist took the extra time to contact the doctor to clarify instead of giving it her best - most common guess. I thought she went above and beyond.
The ladies at the South Road Quest are very friendly , knowledgeable and do a great job My experience has not been the same at the Fishkill , N.Y. location.
