Staff needs to learn how to speak to patients. We left and went to Lab Corp which we had much better help there. My parents is elderly and they have no idea about the medical field and when they are being told they can’t drawn his blood because they can not find his doctor, try harder Lab Corp had no problems and had better patient rapport with patients. It’s bad when other patients states they should speak with patients like that.
Staff was so welcoming and made you feel comfortable.
I would give a negative star if I could. The woman in Room 4 is terrible. Our appointment was for a one-year-old baby. The woman did not greet us at all when we entered the room and kept her eyes glued to the computer. She was grumpy and extremely rude while directing me and my baby into her preferred position. She performed poorly and hurt my baby badly, all while blaming us for not holding her tightly enough—even as my baby was crying uncontrollably.
