Very pleasant experience. Friendly staff. I forgot my paperwork. She was very understanding and she asked me to just call my Dr and have the office fax it over. I was in & out quickly! The phlebotomist was very friendly as well. Thank you, Quest.

If I could rate it with 0 stars I would do so .. 2 hours waiting and I still waiting ... Quest please do something about this. Customers have things to do, this is so disrespectful

I HAD READ THE HORRIBLE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS LOCATION, BUT IF YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT...THEY ARE FANTASTIC! THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND VERY ORGANIZED. ESSIE WAS MY "NURSE" AND SHE WAS GREAT. I WAS IN AND OUT IN 25 MINUTES. NO APPOINTMENT...BRING A BOOK, BECAUSE YOU WILL WAIT!

Make an appointment, 1 hour wait. No appointment, 1.5 hour wait. So many customers waiting that there is no place to sit... Appears that there are 2 technicians doing any work here.
