I had the BEST tech I've ever had in my 73 years of life, Khadija Abrahim! She is the only tech that when I told her I was a slow bleeder put a hot pack on the injection site to warm my blood, massaged my arm and put a butterfly needle in to extract the blood. I had 9 vials drawn. She explained what each vial was for and made me feel at ease during the entire process. She was SO caring and professional. I'd give her a raise! Hopefully, I can see her the next time.
I visited this Quest and Khadijah my Tech was very professional and helpful, she took great care of me. 5 stars for professional work and friendliness. Room 7.
