Everything went smoothly, called within 5min. of arriving. Tech that withdrew my blood is amazing, I didn't feel stick at all. Staff were very kind and amiable.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible waiting room was crowded because of extreme delays because of the lack phlebotomist at work. I had a 9:00am appointment but according to the patient order list, there was still 8:50am patients still waiting to be served. When my name came to the top of the patient order list, it seems my name stalled, the phlebotomist that were working began calling patient's names after my name, until the fourth name was called after me.
