My experience at this Quest Diagnostics - Plainview location was extremely disappointing. We arrived at approximately 2:40 PM and completed the check-in using the kiosk before the 2.45 PM and the closing time is 3.00pm. While waiting, we overheard a staff member say something to the effect of, "Two people have checked in? No way I'm doing the tests now." Adrienne & Natasha are my heros! I was here last week and saw Adrienne and like I said for the first time in a long time I felt no pain when she had to take blood from my hand. Today I was with Natsha and again no pain. This is a miracle for me. I love these women! Thank you Quest for hiring these angels!!
