I have small and difficult veins and Natasha was patient, kind and precise. I would definitely recommend Quest in Plainview.
Perfect - I was taken at the appointed time, saw Fatima, who is efficient and friendly, and I had my results the following morning - perfect!
I found this particular location to have some of the friendliest staff out of any quest I've been to. Specifically, I found Adrien to be the best phlebotomist; she poked me and got blood on the first try, and I have tricky veins. Thank you to Adrien for being so polite and patient!
Came here walk-in Friday, waited almost more than an 1 hour and the waiting room began to get overcrowded. It’s really poorly managed and the check-in system is giving difficulty for patients. Would not recommend this location, slow service be ready to wait more than an hour if your walk-in.
