ALWAYS comfortable there! Nobody likes to give blood, but Quest in Plainview is ultra-clean and the staff is so caring and welcoming. This time Fatima drew my blood and got the vein the first time. I've been to so many labs (and hospitals) who need to jab me many times, but Quest in Plainview has the BEST TECHS!

I highly recommend making an appointment before visiting. I needed labs done urgently and went in as a walk-in, but the wait was almost two hours. Once called back, Fatima the phlebotomist was thorough and took the time to confirm my tests. She even contacted my PCP to ensure one crucial test was added. Despite the busy environment, she was kind, cooperative, and efficient. As someone in the medical field, I truly appreciated her professionalism and care. Overall, I’d rate the wait 2/5, but Fatima the phlebotomist 5/5.

Be sure to download the Quest app to schedule appointments and provide insurance information. I checked in on my cell phone through a text link. Sultan, the lab technician, informed me that he could not draw my blood unless I paid for a past due bill. Then he told me that from now on every patient must have a $100 hold on their debit/credit card before lab tests are done; and that is a new policy that was put into effect last year by Quest's billing department.
