My mom had a horrible experience at this office. They “couldn’t find” her prescription in fax, which the doctor had sent days ago. They told her to go outside and call her doctor. She came back, told them it was faxed days ago and told them the exact day and time it was faxed because the woman behind the counter said “I’m not gonna look through all of these”. Their employees just don’t want to work. On top of that this worker was taking her sweet time while the wait was already long enough for my mom.

I had an uncomfortable experience getting my blood drawn here. I requested to lie down because I get lightheaded and nervous while getting my blood drawn. The first employee who assisted me was wearing an AirPod while working, which I found to be unprofessional, especially while performing the blood draw. She attempted to draw my blood three times and repeatedly told me she was in my vein, but no blood was coming out.
