Easy check- ins and waiting time very kess
The technicians are very friendly and nice. Not only are they very skilled at their job, but they have helped me with issues with doctor's scripts. Not many places would take the time for this type of customer service. Results come back quickly too.
Reviewing based on how they handle billing. My son had blood work done last fall. Current insurance they accept was submitted but rejected because he was listed as having a different insurance Noone was aware of? I called and was told to fix it and did meanwhile the bill was still sent to collections. Amazing. Now no option to do anything except want us to pay for their error? Not happening.
Phlebotomist was very good. Making appointment online was very easy. Wait time was minimal. Results came in less than 24 hours. Overall a great experience.
