I wish to formally report unprofessional and concerning behavior by Jason. He was physically aggressive, striking objects around him. I also observed him take my debit card outside the room, where he appeared to photograph the front and back. Shortly after, I received an unauthorized Uber Eats charge of $54. This situation is deeply distressing and completely unacceptable. I kindly request that strict action be taken regarding this matter.
The Lab technician was extremely rude and left a bruise on my arm. I am highly disappointed in how I was treated. The lab tech also threw equipment around carelessly and complained about how hot it was. He demanded I read a number from my fax to him so he could punch it in the computer and was also watching YouTube. Overall, horrible experience.
The tech was so nice. I never have any problems when coming to this facility.
