Horrible! Quest sent a login link via sms. I checked in according to their instructions. I waited and was never called. No one to talk to - no front desk so I tried to speak to someone when they opened door to call someone else... Women was horribly rude... When I asked to speak to someone in charge that woman was equally rude. According to them it was all my fault for using the link they sent. Finally they agreed to see me but then sent me to the lobby to wait again. In total I waited over an hour past my appointment time. ... read more
