The experience was excellent. I went in to have labs done around 1 on a Friday. The staff member quickly called me in and took multiple samples in a fast and efficient manner. I was in and out in about 20 minutes.

You absolutely have to make an appointment and don't bother coming in early. Came in early, signed in, even asked if I should come back. Still waited around.
The people at Quest are always high quality and friendly. They ask the right questions, have good clinical skills, are accommodating to my needs, and seem like they actually care about me as an individual. The building on Peterson Avenue in Chicago is kind of run down, but the access to it is excellent, and the parking lot is big. Once inside the Quest facility, the inability to talk to a real person is sometimes annoying, and for those waiting a long time in the waiting area the advertising on the television monitor is loud... read more
