Staff was nice and took walk-ins
So, I got tested about two weeks ago and haven’t heard back from this place about my results. I’ve been trying to call the office number but it says this site is temporarily closed. I had to pay $250.00 for these test and it seems unacceptable that I can’t even contact someone about when my results will finally be ready.
Drove 30 minutes to this location during normal business hours last Friday, July 23, 2021. The lights were off, no one was there, there was no signage indicating a closure, and there was no way to reach anyone by phone at the location or at the corporate 1-800 number. Several people showed up while I was outside and were just as confused as to why the facility was randomly closed.
