I arrived at 4:15 the hours say from 7am to 4:30pm so after arriving I signed in and there was only one person there and she came to get the lady waiting and told me that she wasn't taking anymore clients because the lady she came to get would be her last customer of the day. She was very rude and I will never be going back there. She was very unprofessional and racist. If you don't want to do your job stay home and let someone else do it. The girl that helped me was an angel. I had a bit of a chaotic morning and she remained patient and kind. She helped me get signed in and going. She is awesome.

Tonia was fantastic and didn't even feel the needle. Pleasant and friendly!
I had to drop off a stool sample they made me get another appointment and wait I had to wait around holding a container with poo in it which was very demeaning
