I see the place doesn’t have great reviews. I checked in 20 minutes before my appointment and she came right out and got me. The lady was super nice and professional. I have no complaints at all.
I was worried because of all the reviews but I had a great experience! I made an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. The waiting area was neat and clean. You check-in with your ID and insurance card using their iPad stand. Someone came to get me within about 5 minutes. The phlebotomist was nice and professional. When she stuck me I didn't feel a thing! That has never been my experience with other places so I was very happy! In and out in less than 10 minutes including my wait time. Highly recommend!
I arrived at 4:15 the hours say from 7am to 4:30pm so after arriving I signed in and there was only one person there and she came to get the lady waiting and told me that she wasn't taking anymore clients because the lady she came to get would be her last customer of the day. She was very rude and I will never be going back there. She was very unprofessional and racist. If you don't want to do your job stay home and let someone else do it. The girl that helped me was an angel. I had a bit of a chaotic morning and she remained patient and kind. She helped me get signed in and going. She is awesome.
