The lady that took my draw was very friendly and professional and I did not even feel the needle.
I did not go to Quest for an appointment at this date or at this location. Someone is using my name and information claiming that a lab order was submitted, fulfilled, and test results were provided with my insurance and private information. The order came from a physician in Florida when I live in California. This is not the first time it has happened either.
