I had an appointment, signed in and joined a group of other people waiting in the lobby. There were parents with children, elderly, and people who had taken time off from work waiting to be called. The list of people signing in grew. Noone was called. There was noone to call and no way to contact the lab techs! We waited for quite a while before the door finally opened. Tech had to stick me twice in my arm to get the right amount of blood. It hurts but she finally got it.
I don't just walk-in I make an appointment on line which is very easy to do. If I had a complaint it would be I have trouble trying to add my insurance card I always have to manually enter my insurance information.
