The lady did a great job taking a lot of blood without hurting me. Nice person. Easy to talk to. Like it better than Bapt Med.
I have been in the lab a lot lately with/for a family member. The staff has always been so polite and sweet to me and others. They work really hard to keep on schedule for those with appointments as well as taking care of walk-ins. They're often stopped to answer questions when calling the next patient. My only suggestion is that there be someone designated to assist patients with the check-in kiosk, those picking up kits, those dropping-off specimens, and other questions.
