The phlebotomist was very good. Probably the best I've ever experienced, and I've given blood more times in my life than I believe I could count.
It's always a nightmare dealing with quest. There's always a problem. Unfortunately it's the only diagnostic center Florida blue allows.
First, I have never once used Quest, and they actually have my lab orders there already. I have always had to call my doctor and either have them resend them or have a paper copy with me. This is extremely inconvenient and overall aggravating. Second, the young tech was very nice. However, she did not ask me if I had a preferred arm to draw blood from, nor did she check my veins first. I got in and out of my appointment easily in minutes! The woman that drew my blood is fast and gentle.
