Check-in was quick and easy with only a 10 minute wait. Everyone was nice and professional.
Quest Diagnostics on Gregory Street in Pensacola, Fl has great technicians. I almost fainted last time I was there and the technician recognized me from last time and took great care of me. She waited for me to bring my water and meal bar into the office since I had to fast again. She took her time with me. I wish I knew her name and I would give her credit here but I’ve been to Quest numerous times and have always been treated well. She just went beyond! It took over 30 mins for the lady to input the information into the computer, i had my two kids one got fussy because it was taking so long, a she just took her time never apologized. When she took my blood she shoved the needle in so aggressive, hit a nerve and i told her immediately that something was not right. Her response was “it’s because I’m on the edge of your vein” no apologies or concerns about my concerns. I’ve had numbness and nerve pain in my arm since. Great service and smooth process! Very transparent on orders possibly not covered by insurance and upfront about the cost if it's denied. I do recommend scheduling an appointment online. It's very easy and makes check-in faster. Do plan to be there at least 30 minutes as it's always a toss up on how crowded it will be.
