What started off today as a problem was resolved. I appreciate the tech's patience and efforts to correct the situation.
One of the easiest processes I have experienced in dealing with a medical entity. From scheduling an appointment to completing my testing, everything was straightforward and painless.
I was especially impressed by the extra effort by Regina in the Pennsville Office to aquire the additional parperwork in order to complete my blood test.
Staff was pleasent and competent, Wait time was minimal, process time was short. The office was clean and well lighted.
One person working. Plays loud obnoxious ads in waiting room. No descency whatsoever!
