Highly recommend this location, but keep in mind it's better to set up an appointment than do walk ins. I got a lot of help from Ebony and got to pay a lot less since I had no insurance and needed to purchase lab tests. I've never had a place draw my blood this easily before!
Been here for HOURS!!!! We had an appt and I thought if we came early we could be a walk in or they would get us earlier. Nope they took everyone that was a walk in before us. My point DO NOT COME EARLY if you have an appt. It won't matter... AND after waiting all that time fasting, they refused to draw labs because of a past due balance! This place is TRASH!!!!
It's easy. Make an appointment and you won't have to wait like a lot of the bad reviews say. Of course you are going to have to wait if you walk in and they are busy. You are not going to jump on ahead of people who had appointments scheduled. That would not be fair to them. Our 1 year old has had blood work here at least 5-6 times already. And I get my blood work done here as well. We have never had a problem and the people are very nice.
I have to reserve transportation to Quest lab visits, about once every 6 weeks. So, I make lab reservations early as well. There can be a disconnect between when the transport service comes and drops me off versus when Quest calls for my appointed time. In this latest case, the transport driver was one hour early and it only took 15 minutes to get to Quest.
