Both times I’ve went to this quest location on Fairmont. Made an appointment got in fast before my appointment. Staff is very friendly the young lady that’s Hispanic that draws blood always makes me feel so calm. I’m a scaredy-cat when it comes to drawing blood. Everyone that I encountered greeted me. Keep up the good work. I work in the medical field as well. I find myself not everyone that comes to the door is happy but your job is to make them feel at ease and the staff at quest is amazing at that. God bless you all.
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Miss Douglas at the Quest Diagnostics Pasadena office. From the moment we met her, we could feel that she truly cared about her patients. She drew my blood so gently that I barely felt the needle — it was the smoothest and most comfortable blood draw I’ve ever experienced. The male phlebotomist stuck me with a needle hard and it was to draw blood. I’ve never seen someone just stick a crinkle that poke someone’s leg for a shot. When he did that, he caused the nerves in my arm to send a shock down to my hand. It’s been a week now and my arm is hurting from the nerve damage done and I lose feeling partially. When I said that hurt, he said oops. He didn’t slide the needle into my vein , he pricked it like I was getting a shot! I’m not even sure what to do about the nerve damage done to my arm.
The medical services at this business location are excellent however there is a clerical issue with a checking in system that is creating frustrations specially elderly customers that are not computer friendly, a receptionist is badly needed at this location.
