Very long waiting time even if you have an appointment, horrible customer service
I called in to ask about pricing for a drug test. Felicia (the receptionist currently) answwered the phone and told me to call back in fifteen minutes because she has a customer. I did, and i call back and she says she has another customer call back in fifteen minutes. I did again, and no one answers. Horrible customer service.
