I had a terrible experience at this Quest location. 1. Major Violation of Infection Control Protocols: The phlebotomist who drew my blood did not wear gloves at any point during the procedure. She touched the puncture site with her bare fingers, then wiped it with an alcohol pad, and subsequently touched the area again without gloves while inserting the needle. Completely incompetent staff, waiting over an hour with appointment and then they can’t find my name in the system. “sorry you can wait as a walk in” if you like to waste your day, this is the place for you.
