If i could give 0 starts I would, the level of unprofessionalism of the workers here is beyond imagination, along with the inefficiency and how they let their personal life affect the outcome of their work. After waiting 1 hour when it was almost time for my appointment the manager came outside and said she was unable to perform blood work from babies/kids because they were out of butterflies since she had to leave early on friday and did not realize they did not have any left. I had a terrible experience at this Quest location. 1. Major Violation of Infection Control Protocols: The phlebotomist who drew my blood did not wear gloves at any point during the procedure. She touched the puncture site with her bare fingers, then wiped it with an alcohol pad, and subsequently touched the area again without gloves while inserting the needle. Completely incompetent staff, waiting over an hour with appointment and then they can’t find my name in the system. “sorry you can wait as a walk in” if you like to waste your day, this is the place for you.
