Excellent service! Very friendly staff, virtually painless!
Worse visit ever ! At the beginning this nurse was very nice , but I needed a document from my doctor wich she made me call put me in different room to vait game me a wrong email to email her my documents and the end she tells me she doesn’t have time to see me with a attitude I told her why make me wait when I was fasting 11:45 I got there at 11 and she was able to see other patients while I was waiting on her !! I visited the Quest on 11th Street West and I was 10 minutes late , therefore I had to wait till the next available appointment from 9:10 am , I waited for 10:40 am. I needed to use the restroom and the woman there was very rude. She got mad because I knocked on the door . She came out saying “why are you knocking that way? I am the only one here, I was with a patient , needle on her arm and you have to wait Mam”. I apologize and said please just let me use the restroom, I have acid reflux and I had to vomit.
