I visited the Quest on 11th Street West and I was 10 minutes late , therefore I had to wait till the next available appointment from 9:10 am , I waited for 10:40 am. I needed to use the restroom and the woman there was very rude. She got mad because I knocked on the door . She came out saying “why are you knocking that way? I am the only one here, I was with a patient , needle on her arm and you have to wait Mam”. I apologize and said please just let me use the restroom, I have acid reflux and I had to vomit. I'm a "hard stick" but she was able to find my vein, minimal pain and no bruising. :)

Adisha is one of the most kind and considerate phlebotomists I’ve ever encountered at Quest. She was the only worker the whole morning 4/4/25 taking back each patient back to back as quickly as she could. She was so fast yet professional and personable. When I was finally seen she was very sweet but as a fellow healthcare worker I knew how clearly overworked she was.
