Adisha is one of the most kind and considerate phlebotomists I’ve ever encountered at Quest. She was the only worker the whole morning 4/4/25 taking back each patient back to back as quickly as she could. She was so fast yet professional and personable. When I was finally seen she was very sweet but as a fellow healthcare worker I knew how clearly overworked she was. There should be a 30-second video how to check-in with the scan machine. It should also outline what to bring. Once I figured out how to use the scan machine it was fast.
