Quest Diagnostics in Palm Harbor is terrible both in practice and patient services. I do not recommend them whatsoever. I scheduled an appointment online and received a confirmation number (useless). My appointment was at 9:30 a.m. and I was in the waiting room at 9:15 and never left the area. On entering there is no receptionist, no way to reach anyone if there is a problem or concern.
