I had my blood drawn today by a very sweet young lady (unfortunately I don’t know her name). She did everything so professionally she kept me distracted with conversation and took my blood so gently that I barely felt the needle.
Totally missed one of the labs on my order…the most important one, at that. The order was clearly written. Noticed it the next day after receiving my results online. Tried to call the lab and you can’t get anyone on the phone…only a recording. Terrible customer service. Called corporate office and was told they would expedite the issue and someone would call me in a few hours. That didn’t happen either. A total delay in care. Not the first time I’ve had problems at this site.

Having an appointment made the process so much easier. The lab tech. Was very helpful and understood what I needed to be done. I would Definitely use their services in the future.
