I had a 1:10pm appointment. I was called early and was walking out the door at my appointment time. GREAT
Again, the perfect place for all labs. The place is clean and well staffed. Kiosks are great for signing in. Short wait times and expedient draws. I don't know why ratings are low because I have never had an issue with Quest. I walked in with my requisition from one doctor and my other doctor faxed his orders. I thank you Quest for running a tight ship!
I was a phlebotomist for 40 years, and the skill of your staff is remarkable. So efficient, professional and personable! Bravo!!
My experience here was just fine. I made an appointment, waited probably 15-20 minutes past that time. No big deal. I have real life problems and that ain’t one of them. The phlebotomist was very nice and efficient.
Laura the lead tech is very rude and had horrible customer service skills.
