Waiting room was not packed as normal. I was called quickly for my appointment. Staff was very professional and friendly!
I recently had my lab work done at Quest Diagnostic Lab located at 490 Malabar Rd., SE, Palm Bay, FL. This was my first time using this location. I was so impressed with the professionalism and care I received . The phlebotomist was incredibly attentive to my concerns about being a difficult blood draw, and she was open to my suggestion on which vein to use and using a butterfly needle. The office was clean and neat, well set up, and conveniently located. It was overall positive experience. I highly recommend this location.

Love Angel. I mean, he made me laugh during an anxious morning. Anxiety is usually up more when I'm being poked. It was even higher because of my mistake, which he caught. Doc wrote script for a certain slot of time, and I scheduled it 1 hour ahead of that. Luckily, he caught it and gave me an option to wait or to reschedule. I chose to wait the time.
