My tech was angry, short tempered, and had to stick me twice for draw, one in each arm, both are bruised to hell and sore this morning, worst experience in some time for me, terrible

Why can't you just bill once when you know for sure how much the patient is responsible for? I received blood work in January and paid 135 while I was there. I have since received 6 different bills with 6 different amounts. For that same date in January nearly a month later. Billing is horrible.
