Do not go there ever!!! My appt was 1130 on Saturday, after checked in through the link that was texted before appt I was waiting for an hour and nobody didn’t even contact me afterwards. I don’t understand how they are still in business... the worst experience ever...
Quest Diagnostics failed us in every way possible: (1) The place was closed after we had an appointment on Saturday (2) They never called us to notify us that they were closed and we wasted a bunch of time for the planned appointment (3) We called the Corporate Quest Diagnostics site and I had to wait very close to two hours before getting someone. Have 5 stars for Anna but I can’t believe they have only one person working there so sad!
Palatine location poorly managed by Charna. Staff not prepared to work with pediatric patients. Do not have appropriate supplies for blood draws. Which delays urgent orders I am a mother or 5 days old infant , I was told that they don’t see pediatric patients at their location!!! Do not trust disorganized medical providers!
My son had an exam taken. The exam was wrongly taken because it needed to be in the morning not in the afternoon. I kindly asked the nurse to retake it in the morning yet she just took my $219 and didn't compensate me for their mistake. It was at the Palatine office. Very bad experience!!!
