Technician was great but there needs to be more than one person to check in patients and draw blood, keep the facility clean etc.
Poorly run practice. Place is not clean. The staff is not professional. Will not be back.
I am forgetting her name. It started with R. She was absolutely wonderful and the person who greeted me was also very pleasant. Highly recommend Quest at Crossroads
Previous visits to this location I received poor customer service. Less than friendly, unpleasant service. This visit was completely the opposite. Ranique was very engaging, friendly, and was very professional. Definitely an asset and upgrade to your company.
