I'm in a wheel chair and in extreme pain. We arrived at Quest at 3:30 only to be told they had closed early. To make matters worse, the receptionist with Alcona Health Center blamed us for getting there late! Worst customer service ever.
Hours online are posted 7:30 - 5:30...Nope, no one in. Different hours are posted on the window. Fox your hours online!
Quest is a large corporation. No phone number to this office is given. No quest number, or extention is given in the message to the health center. C'mon people, you can do better.
Entrance NOT marked, very difficult to find. Office hours not clearly defined. I agree need to update website. Also phone message. One person operation... very helpful after explaining situation!
