Quest is a large corporation. No phone number to this office is given. No quest number, or extention is given in the message to the health center. C'mon people, you can do better.
Entrance NOT marked, very difficult to find. Office hours not clearly defined. I agree need to update website. Also phone message. One person operation... very helpful after explaining situation!
Service was great, but you need to up date your information on the internet. One place says your only open Monday and Thursday 8-5 closed for lunch 12-1, another say Monday through Thursday 8-5 closed 12-1 but when I called I was told your also open Friday. Your answering system doesn't even give quest diagnostics as an option. Local may know this but new people may not The Quest Diagnostics web site is no help, it doesn't even show you on their map.
