Husband had to wait over 3 hours just to drop off a sample that he picked up the day before they said he didn’t need any appt to drop off. Took many people ahead, even others just dropping off without appts. Tried asking several times, others even tried to give up their appts to him-as they felt bad for him and quest refused to allow. Absolutely horrible treatment of the disabled

Please don't go to this place. I had the scheduled appointment for my son at 12:10 pm today but didn't get called until 01:20 pm. The lobby was full of people. The lady came out and told us that they are short staffed and they can't do anything about it. She told me that the new supervisor makes them do more patients until end of the day. It's not safe for the staff and patients.

Be prepared to wait over an hour with an appointment. They are serving 1 at a time with 35 patients in the wait list.

This location has seriously gone downhill. Most of the phlebotomists are so rude and seem so bothered by having to do their jobs. They spent the whole time I was there complaining about how bad their supervisor is and how miserable they are there. Jamie is especially horrible. She is condescending, short, and uncaring. She spends so much time lecturing everyone about drinking more water and then wonders why she runs late.
