Came to pick up stool samples on 1-16-26. Kiosk has no button for that. When I spoke with Johnny and told him why I was there he was willing to help. He wrote down what I needed and said he'd be back. However instead Julie was rude and through a fit. She tld me I had to check in and take 1240 apt, I tried to explain I already checked in but she made me do it again. I have been coming to this quest. Diagnostic for many years and today was exceptional. Julie and johnny both helped with my blood draw since I have difficult veins to find, and it was painless. I'm 63 yrs old, so, you know, i've been stuck quite a few times. They were wonderful.
