Today, the phlebotomist or nurse, Yolanda, who performed the blood draw for my daughter, had no bedside manner, was not friendly or courteous, but instead was rude, condescending, and treated us as if we offended her by merely showing up. I got my blood drawn from here by Yolanda. The minute I walked into the room with her she had an attitude with me and seemed like she was having a really bad day, which as a person, I can understand. However, I did nothing to her to solicit that kind of behavior and I was very nice to her considering how she was treating me, but throughout my appointment she was moving very fast and aggressively which made me feel very uneasy around her.
