Had an appointment scheduled for 1130am. Didn’t get into the room until 12:20pm. Absolutely unacceptable. Why even make appointments if you’re gonna be an hour late?? Will never return here again.
Donna was fabulous. Friendly and efficient. Found a vein and collected sample easily.
Didn't know I needed an appointment, was told I could just walk in. I got there just before 7 to be one of the first due to having other time commitments on the schedule. A worker pulled up at 6:57 to unlock the doors then walked out and drove away. I walked in at 7 and joined the standby list. No other patients showed up until 7:20. Lights didn't come on in waiting room until 7:15. There was only 1 person drawing blood and appointments were taking 10 minutes. I waited an hour and had to leave.
