I had a pleasant experience here everything was smooth. I made an online appointment which was very easy to do. The self check in progress was fast and simple. The nurse that took my blood was caring and walked me through every step. When it popped up my insurance wasn’t covering two of the tests ; she alerted me before pushing it through.
I highly recommend this laboratory — everything is very well organized and professional. You can easily schedule an appointment online, and when you arrive, you simply check in on an iPad, which I really like. I didn’t have to wait long, and the technician drew my blood quickly and efficiently. The staff was polite and professional. I received my test results by email a few days later, which was very convenient. I definitely recommend this place!
Had an appointment scheduled for 1130am. Didn’t get into the room until 12:20pm. Absolutely unacceptable. Why even make appointments if you’re gonna be an hour late?? Will never return here again.
