While the reservation system leaves something to be desired, the staff are wonderful!
My phlebotomist’s name was Brenda. I did not get her last name but she is wonderful. She is prompt and warm and beyond professional.
Making an appointment is an absolute joke. The website doesn’t work and the automated line is the worst I have ever tried to use. No front desk person only a kiosk that gives you a bar code to scan but takes you to a website that doesn’t work. Never will I attempt to use them again. Horrific experience
Was treated with respect. Was in and out with my scheduled appointment and the blood draw was cease snd quick. I highly recommend both quest and the woman who did the blood draw. She made me feel so comfortable. She explained everything in a clear manner. I was extremely happy with het!! Will definitely go back to this Quest location!!
