I had just about the WORST experience at this location. They have the most friendly/unprofessional staff from the West Haven location working at this location. The phlebotomist that I encountered was most unprofessional and rude. I think that's it for me. I won't recommend them.

While the reservation system leaves something to be desired, the staff are wonderful!
My phlebotomist’s name was Brenda. I did not get her last name but she is wonderful. She is prompt and warm and beyond professional.
Making an appointment is an absolute joke. The website doesn’t work and the automated line is the worst I have ever tried to use. No front desk person only a kiosk that gives you a bar code to scan but takes you to a website that doesn’t work. Never will I attempt to use them again. Horrific experience
