No wait time - we had an appointment and we were taken care of immediately upon our arrival. Phlebotomist helped my Mom (the patient) with the check-in process before doing the blood draw. Blood draw was quick and painless and Phlebotomist made sure to check for correct patient during the process before drawing and again with label applied to the sample tube.
